Our client, a leader in the judicial technology sector, is seeking an A/V Technician to join their team. As an A/V Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting the courtroom enhancement initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** A/V Technician **Location:** Boise, Idaho - Onsite **What's the Job?** + Install and configure audio and visual equipment in courtrooms across Idaho. + Provide responsive and timely support for courtroom technology issues. + Conduct training sessions for court staff on new equipment and software. + Maintain accurate inventory records of all audio and visual equipment. + Collaborate with IT leadership to prioritize tasks and projects effectively. **What's Needed?** + Three years of IT and A/V support experience. + Experience troubleshooting audio and visual equipment, including amplifiers and microphones. + Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and basic networking. + Ability to travel throughout the state and stay overnight as required. + Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
