This role is primarily responsible for the design and implementation of advanced audio visual (AV) systems across campus facilities. Minimum Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications** **Audio Visual Systems Engineer** Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 7 years relevant experience OR High School/GED and 11 years relevant experience **Sr. Audio Visual Systems Engineer** Bachelor’s degree and 6 years relevant experience _*Area of Experience: Experience in advanced audio visual systems, infrastructure, operating systems, and applications to include functional experience in the architecture, design, and development of AV._ Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications **Minimum Skills and Abilities** + Solid understanding of networking and IP fundamentals as they relate to AV system integration. + Ability to interpret and specify requirements on architectural blueprints. + Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with a variety of stakeholders. + Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Minimum Technology Skills** **Minimum License and Certifications** Desired Qualifications **Desired Qualifications** + Experience with AV control and switching systems, includingAMX , SVSi, Biamp, Extron, or similar platforms. + Familiarity withAMX control system coding is preferred but not required.
