Audio Visual Specialist Pentagon – TS/SCI required
**This position is temporary with the potential to go fulltime. **
As an Audio Visual (AV) Specialist, you will operate, support, and troubleshoot AV systems used for VTCs, and MS Teams meetings. You will ensure exceptional customer service while managing conference room AV systems and providing technical support to users, including VIPs and senior GO’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and VTCs.Collaborate with clients to determine AV requirements and deliver solutions.Manage ticketing systems: create, assign, update, and resolve tickets with detailed documentation.Manage the end-to-end VTC scheduling with global agencies, liaising with global agencies to de-conflict and manage complex VTC sessions across multiple time zones.Manage VTC systems and support meetings across multiple security enclaves (e.g., NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS)Provide live operational support for multi-party conferences by actively managing and troubleshooting the Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) bridging environment.Maintain and troubleshoot call routing policies and zones on Cisco VCS and Expressway to ensure seamless internal and external video communications.Maintain and repair AV equipment, ensuring operational readiness.Provide end-user training on AV hardware and software.Participate in meetings, training, and special projects as required.Document processes, maintain SOPs, and create reference guides and as-built diagrams.Ensure superior customer service with professionalism, timely responses, and clear communication.Support after-hours on-call requests when necessary.Required Qualifications:
Education: AA/AS/BA/BS (or equivalent experience per contract LCAT).Experience:3+ years of experience managing AV systems, including VTC support.Experience in Government/Military environments, working with VIPs preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint.Technical Skills:Working knowledge of AV systems, conference room technologies, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with VTC systems and endpoints is a plus.Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification desired.Skills:Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic environments.Dependability, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.Clearance Level: Active TS w/ SCI eligibility required (must be able to maintain clearance).
Location: Full-time onsite, Pentagon (PNT). There will be an initial transition period while access to PNT and while accounts are being granted that will require candidate to be onsite at the TARC in Arlington, VA for approximately one month or until access is granted.
Shift: Monday–Friday (specific hours discussed during the interview).
Travel: Less than 10%.

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
