Job Description SummaryJOB SUMMARY:
Provide high-level customer service in a large corporate environment for a global professional services client. Engage at the appropriate level to support contracted service lines to include audio visual, mail, print (MFD troubleshooting and maintenance), hospitality, facilities and audio/visual. Pick up and deliver copy jobs, faxes, and packages. Advise colleagues of mailroom protocols as needed. Assume accountability for all support functions for assigned floor(s)Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Test and troubleshoot AV equipment prior to scheduled meeting time, utilize established checklistReport issues with AV equipment to ensure quick resolutionFamiliar with Zoom software/hardware setup and functionalityDelivery and pick up USPS and accountable mail (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, messenger and other incoming packages throughout floors to and from mailroomKeep inventory of all supplies in mail areas-includes USPS and accountable mailAssist and notify end users of mail and shipping protocolsAudit and update mail lists as neededSupport confidential document shredding in accordance with stated policyArrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings, lunches, and various eventsMaintain inventory of all office supplies (general supplies, paper, toner, etc.)Use of high speed MFD’s (multi-function devices)Provide service, colleague support and 1st level maintenance for MFD’sMonitor assigned floor for facilities related issues such as lights outages, carpet stains, wall damage, etc. and report accordinglyEnsure pantries have adequate supplies and replenish as neededMaintain coffee and ice machinesDistribute firm wide distributions as needed; desk drops.Post client signage as requested in designated areasExecute morning facilities checklist on assigned floorsClean and make ready workstations/offices for new hiresResponsible for storage, transport and replacement of CO2 tanks for soda/water machinesCollect glass and dishware, load, wash and return items to designated floor locationsClean out refrigerators weeklyAssist other OSA’s as needed to meet demandWork overtime as needed to assist with special projectsAll duties as assignedMust assist in providing services in all service lines in addition to primary roleJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:Able to lift 50-75 lbs.                                   High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledgeZoom conferencing software/hardware knowledgeBasic computer skills                                                                                                 SPECIAL SKILLS:Ability to handle multiple tasks Strong interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills  Strong organizational skills      Ability to work with minimal supervision                 Outstanding punctuality/attendance record

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $25.00 - $25.00
