Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring an AV and Room Stage Technician to support one of our high-profile client accounts in Mountain View, California.
The AV and Room Stage Technician is a critical, hands‑on position responsible for ensuring the daily operational readiness of all meeting spaces. Reporting to the Meetings Lead, this role delivers a seamless and professional meeting experience by providing high‑quality audiovisual support, coordinating room and stage setups, and maintaining the organization and stocking of meeting rooms and phone booths. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting a dynamic, fast‑paced workplace.
This position is onsite, M-F 8am to 5pm, schedule may vary depending upon event and weekends may be required.
What You'll Do Support daily meetings and on‑site events to ensure a smooth, professional experienceProvide on‑site assistance during meetings and events to quickly resolve issuesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for meetings and eventsSupport in‑person, hybrid, and virtual meetings with reliable technical assistancePrepare, set, and reset meeting rooms and stages according to event requirementsMaintain organization and stocking of meeting rooms and phone boothsConduct routine checks to ensure all meeting spaces are operational and readyEscalate equipment or facility issues and assist with coordination of repairs What We Offer
