Audience Program & Enablement Manager, Uber Advertising
**About the Role** We are seeking a highly driven and strategic **Audience GTM & Program Enablement Manager** to join our Audience Strategy and Data Innovation team. This pivotal role will focus on driving the successful growth and global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our suite of audience products, building world-class sales enablement programs, and managing key audience-focused initiatives and E2E launches. You will serve as the crucial link between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Regional teams, ensuring our audience solutions are understood and adopted, and are generating significant value for our advertisers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ad Tech with a passion for data-driven advertising, GTM and program execution, and a proven ability to enable sales teams through compelling content and training. **What You'll Do:** - Audience Program Management: Oversee launch of strategic Audience programs related to audience targeting, data collaboration, data partnerships, audience insights and other data initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and launches align with business needs and existing processes - Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end GTM planning and launch for new audience products, features, and data partnerships. This includes developing positioning, messaging, launch timelines, internal training, and external collateral in partnership with XFN Marketing and Sales Enablement teams - Sales Enablement & Training: Design, develop, and deliver high-impact sales enablement programs (e.g., presentations, training modules, office hours, FAQs) to ensure global sales teams are proficient in articulating the value proposition of our audience solutions. Maintain a repository of up-to-date sales materials - Market and Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape for audience and data solutions (e.g., AI, clean rooms, contextual targeting, retail media, etc). Translate these insights into actionable program recommendations, GTM strategies and sales positioning - Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Audience team, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to define product roadmap priorities based on market needs and sales feedback - Program Adoption and KPIs: Develop org KPIs and measure adoption of the Audience program based on key metrics. Collaborate with Measurement Science and Marketing to integrate audience effectiveness data into sales narratives and case studies **Basic Qualifications:** - 5+ years' Ads Industry experience at an ad platform, media agency, publisher or data platform - 5+ years experience in product marketing, program management or GTM role with experience owning products or programs from end to end and launching new solutions to Sales organizations - Bachelor's degree **Preferred Qualifications:** - 8+ years' Ads Industry experience at an ad platform, media agency, publisher or data platform - Client-facing experience in either a Sales, Product or Marketing function strongly preferred - Genuine passion and enthusiasm for audiences, personalization and data insights, and explaining technical data solutions to a non-technical audience - Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor a presentation to different audiences in order to generate genuine enthusiasm for the audience program - Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems for clients and comfortable dealing with ambiguity - Excitement for sales enablement programs and driving program growth - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
