We are seeking an Attribution Analyst to join our global marketing analytics team at H&M. This is a heavily analytical role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, media, and business impact. You’ll be responsible for conducting advanced attribution analyses that inform media investment decisions across the globe and drive marketing effectiveness across channels.

As an Attribution Analyst, you will play a key role in how we measure and optimize the performance of our marketing efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you’ll be part of the Measurement & Analytics team within the Marketing function and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the marketing unit—including media operations, CRM, strategy and planning, controlling, and technical product teams—as well as our regional marketing teams and the Attribution Lead to ensure that attribution insights are embedded in decision-making and drive measurable business impact.
WHO YOU ARE
At least 3-5 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, or media mix modeling Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Knowledge of digital media platforms & attribution such as Google Ads, meta ads, TikTok Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems Strong business acumen with the ability to connect attribution insights to broader marketing and commercial objectives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting marketing or media planning functions.
