Attribution Analyst - Measurement & Analytics, Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking an Attribution Analyst to join our global marketing analytics team at H&M. This is a heavily analytical role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, media, and business impact. You’ll be responsible for conducting advanced attribution analyses that inform media investment decisions across the globe and drive marketing effectiveness across channels. 
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO​  
As an Attribution Analyst, you will play a key role in how we measure and optimize the performance of our marketing efforts. Your key responsibilities will include: 

Conduct attribution analysis using methods such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Regression-Based Attribution (RBA) to evaluate media channel effectiveness. Support the development and evolution of our measurement framework to ensure it meets business needs and strategic requirements. Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple media sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across attribution models. Generate actionable insights on media performance and recommend budget reallocations and strategy adjustments to improve ROI and support business growth. Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate attribution findings to stakeholders across marketing and media teams. Work closely with the Attribution Lead to align on methodology, priorities, and roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, CRM, strategy, and finance to embed attribution insights into planning and execution. Partner with our regional marketing teams to support local implementation of attribution insights and ensure global consistency. Contribute to a test-and-learn culture by continuously monitoring campaign performance and refining attribution approaches. 

Qualifications

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​  
In this role, you’ll be part of the Measurement & Analytics team within the Marketing function and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the marketing unit—including media operations, CRM, strategy and planning, controlling, and technical product teams—as well as our regional marketing teams and the Attribution Lead to ensure that attribution insights are embedded in decision-making and drive measurable business impact. 
 

WHO YOU ARE​  

At least 3-5 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, or media mix modeling Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Knowledge of digital media platforms & attribution such as Google Ads, meta ads, TikTok Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems Strong business acumen with the ability to connect attribution insights to broader marketing and commercial objectives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting marketing or media planning functions. A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing in a fast-paced, global environment.
