Full-Time | 8AM - 5PM | On-Site

As Attendant Coordinator, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Schedule and coordinate homemaking, personal care, and home health aide servicesManage planned and unplanned absences and arrange immediate coverage when neededBuild and maintain permanent caregiver schedulesMonitor and manage clients, holds, and delayed start-of-care documentationSubmit required client communication forms and regulatory documentationMaintain accurate client and caregiver records, including plans of care and change-of-status updatesTrack ISP compliance, data entry, and documentation accuracyUpdate caregiver availability and assign floating or fill-in caregivers as neededMonitor daily service delivery to ensure coverage and authorization alignmentReview utilization, billing, and payroll-related reports to identify and correct discrepanciesCommunicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and internal teamsSupport caregiver compliance, training requirements, in-services, and certificationsEscalate performance or compliance concerns to supervisory leadershipSupport branch growth initiatives and participate in training as directedEnsure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and all regulatory requirementsPerform additional duties and projects as assigned

What is Required?

High School Diploma or GED (required)Two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferredExperience working with elderly or disabled populations strongly preferredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with computers and scheduling systemsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of Medicaid, home care benefits, and healthcare operations preferredTeam-oriented, intuitive, and professionalAbility to motivate and support caregivers positivelyReliable transportation or access to public transportationAbility to meet all agency health screening and testing requirementsPhysically demanding, high-stress environmentAbility to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittentlyAbility to lift up to 50–100 lbs as requiredAbility to work with ill, disabled, or terminally ill clientsPotential for irregular hours or call coverage as needed

You will report to the Office Manager.
