4 Year Degree Heartland Community College seeks applicants for the part-time position of Athletic Department Graduate Assistant - Sports Infromation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing assistance in the following areas:
SIDEARM website management stating athletic events announcing and/or coordinating the announcing of athletic contests writing content for athletic website coordinating photography, videography, and other coverage of events event management project management, development, and research fundraising initiatives general day-to-day operations of the athletic department and FRCRequired Qualifications:
acceptance into/enrollment in a Sports Management or other relevant graduate program eligibility for graduate assistantship per the Graduate Assistant Handbook availablity to work both evening and weekend hours as neededDesired Qualifications:
proficient writing skills proficient announcing skills stong leadership skills ability to function professionally under pressure and utilize strong problem-solving skills experience using StatCrew, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite experience managing a multitude of social media outletsPosition is anticipated to include up to 28 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be required to follow regulations and guidelines of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), the Midwestern Athletic Conference (MWAC), the Athletics Department, and Heartland Community College.
