Job Description
As an Assurance Manager, you will lead audit and other assurance engagements to deliver timely and superior-quality services that exceed client expectations. You will identify additional areas of service and planning opportunities, maintain relationships with key business contacts and clients, and pursue new business development. Additionally, you will develop skills for reviewing audit and assurance engagements.
ResponsibilitiesLead audit and assurance engagements.Deliver timely and superior-quality services.Exceed client expectations in all services provided.Identify additional areas of service and planning opportunities.Maintain relationships with key business contacts and clients.Pursue new business development and client acquisition.Develop skills for reviewing audit and assurance engagements.Essential Skills8+ years of public accounting experience.Active CPA certification required.Experience in corporate audit preparation and audit analysis for private companies.Tech savvy with experience in tax/audit software (CCH ProSystem preferred).Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft software applications.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent amount of experience.Must reside in the geographic region for occasional in-office meetings.Additional Skills & QualificationsActive Oregon CPA certification preferred.Experience with CHH ProSystem software and fixed asset software.Experience working within a mid-sized or large-sized firm.Experience working with construction or non-profit client base (50k - 1M companies).Experience with client acquisition.Work Environment
You will work in offices located in Hillsboro, Salem, Bend, and other designated locations. After the initial training period, you must be able to report to these offices as needed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
