Creates and executes plans to improve systems and enhance building controls. 2. Manages the budgets of all applicable departments and ensures that projects fit economic parameters. 3. Maintains an attractive, welcoming, and safe facility environment. 4. Participates in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, and prepares performance reports. 5.
