Education:Juris doctorate or LLM required; preferably paired with an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, library sciences, business, commercial transactions, international affairs, or similar field and state bar membership.Years of Experience:5 years of experience required, either at a law firm, in-house, or a combination,Software Knowledge:Microsoft Office and Team Connect Experience required.Additional Requirements:Up to 25% of occasional travel—must be able to travel independently.Significant experience with USG acquisition process, including the FARS and DFARs. Knowledge or experience in aviation, ground handling, commercial airline, manufacturing, and materials handling.Experience managing outside counsel and advising clients in the manufacturing sector (including, but not limited to, FCPA compliance and similar anti-corruption requirements).
