Wells Fargo is seeking an  Associate Technology Business Services Assistant as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations

In this role, you will:

Support the technology team in providing solutions to the internal partners and external customers for any technical issues in their respective functional areaBe responsible for recording inquiries as well as repair and service requestsTrack service request status and follow up with the client to ensure client satisfactionPerform routine operational and customer support tasks related to technologyReceive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individualsInteract with immediate team on basic information related to routine tasksInteract with internal and external customers regarding any technical issues in their processes


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience with these programs/systems such as: Aceyus, Customer Interaction Workspace (CIW), Customer Information View (CIV), Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX), HOGAN, Supervisor Plus, Verint ServiceNow, SharePoint, SplunkExperience with desktop, laptops, PCs, and telecommunications technologyExperience providing technology production support including troubleshooting for intranet and/or web internet applications/computer software problemsExperience within customer service and/or call center environmentsProficient Microsoft Office (Excel, LiveMeeting, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) skillsProficient collaboration and influencing skills to achieve solutions that meet the needs of the organization; able to resolve issues, and overcome obstaclesProficient communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projectsAbility to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees including managementAbility to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphereAbility to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, and resolving technical issuesAbility to work effectively in an individual and team environment, across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders


Job Expectations:

Training: On the job training. Must be able to attend full duration of required training period 

Available work shifts: Shift will be assigned, and is subject to change, based upon business needs.

2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET, Friday-Tuesday4:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. ET, Thursday-Monday4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. ET, Sunday-ThursdayAdhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulationsAbility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduledFlexibility to work in a 24/7 environmentMust have flexibility to work overtime with less than 12 hours’ noticePosition offers a Hybrid schedule/after trainingThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
