What your day-to-day will be like:
Facilitate the flow of work through code delivery, testing, ensuring sprint commitments are met and releases are delivered.Proactively identify, track, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the delivery lifecycle.Utilize Jira reporting to identify risks and issues, understand how the team is tracking towards delivery and to communicate progress against sprint goals.Contribute to continuous improvement mindset by both participating in and facilitating team retrospectivesCommunicate status and challenges to working team and leadership.How you will collaborate with others:
Contribute to continuous improvement mindset by both participating in and facilitating team retrospectivesPromote transparency across multiple feature teams, with Product Owner and Leadership teamGreat communication, current team is distributed so usage of Teams and other virtual means is neededWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
Own end-to-end sprint execution, from sprint kickoff through retrospective, ensuring teams are set up to meet agreed-upon scope, timelines, and quality standards.Leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, sprint cycle time, team health metrics) to provide accurate insights to leadership and drive continuous process improvement.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Professional work experience in Technology or related fieldExperience utilizing Agile methodologyExperience in project management leading multiple, simultaneous projects across cross-functional teamsExperience managing sprint from beginning to the endThis is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)Travel up to 10%It would be useful if you have:
