What you will do: 

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, employee referrals)

Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics

Maintain accurate candidate records and data within applicant tracking system

Support the HR, hiring, and recruitment team with administrative tasks

Participate in internal and external training programs to develop recruitment skills

Attend and support networking events such as job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent Experience

1 year of Relevant Experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $23.65-$36.58 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
