This role provides cross‑functional leadership, communication, and documentation support throughout the study lifecycle.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and organize assigned clinical studies from start‑up through closeoutDevelop and communicate project management plans, risk plans, and start‑up documentationServe as the primary point of contact for sponsors and lead client‑facing meetingsMonitor study timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when neededPrepare study documentation, meeting materials, and training for sponsors, CROs, and sitesWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and study management systemsUnderstanding of central laboratory and project management processesAbility to track timelines, budgets, and scope using internal toolsOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational ability with proven success managing multiple prioritiesAbility to build effective relationships with clients and internal teamsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
