This includes documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, financial modeling, financial reconciliations, and reporting._ _This is a Hybrid role with a preference for the selected candidate to be located within the New England area with the ability to visit client sites or project sites as dictated by project requirements._ _This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion._ **_What you’ll do_** + _Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout._ + _Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated._ + _Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule._ + _Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and address routine problems._ + _Have a broad understanding and knowledge of your field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function._ + _Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Previous experience with Powerplan, Maximo software is a plus. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $95,000 annually.
