**About the role**
We our currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join Denver team! The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined, related projects for the client, with direct accountability for project delivery. This role also requires managing multiple projects at a time, while supporting the Project Managers on complex construction projects.
The position is a Hybrid position located in Denver, CO.
**What you’ll do**
+ Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
+ Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard/procedural documents affecting multi-disciplined projects, including requests for bids, agreements/contracts terms, project charters, project tollgates, project budgets, project schedules, and site/record drawings.
+ Interact directly with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and confirm project scope. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple request for proposals; completes bid analysis. Recommends resources to clients.
+ Lead project delivery/team (typically smaller team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
+ Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised. Facilitates project meetings.
+ Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
+ Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
+ Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk with management support.
+ Reviews contractor/A&E invoicing to confirm work is being completed per contractual obligation.
+ Implement standard risk management routines, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.
+ A minimum of 2 years experience within construction, design, or furniture projects.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Prior Project Management preferred.
+ Prior Construction or MEP experience preferred. Certification from a trade school preferably electrical, plumbing, or HVAC will be considered
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working understanding in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
