Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) & Long-Lead Equipment (LLE) for a Hyperscale Data Center green field build. **What You’ll Do:** Single point of contact for Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) & Long-Lead Equipment (LLE) Develop tools, trackers, and processes to align equipment deliveries with construction schedules including the collection, organization, and application of lessons learned Provide support in the development of process improvement, including supplier/vendor purchase order structure, constructability standards, and changes to roles/responsibilities Build and manage relationships with vendors/suppliers to nurture trust and cooperation through all stages of the project lifecycle. Drive recurring meetings with all suppliers/vendors as vital to achieve project success Foster a strong working relationship with RCSM and their respective teams so communication is transparent for the timely issuance of equipment purchase orders Maintain constant communication with the Lead Project Manager to be sure they understands the sequence/logic of equipment deliveries, delay risks, and change requests Work with GC to identify risks & opportunities for equipment delivery & scope gaps Coordinate with Data Center Engineering, Commissioning teams, GC, and Lead Project Manager to schedule, organize, and attend Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and Factory QA/QC visits as requested by the Owner’s team. Meet with the Lead Project Manager, Scheduler, and GC to understand equipment dependencies to meet construction sequence and vet schedule logic Communicate site requirements with suppliers/vendors that could impact schedule & cost. Work with the Finance team to ensure critical achievement dates are accurate, updated, and communicated to project collaborators in a timely manner.
