This position is responsible for assisting in project intake, coordinating task assignments, tracking project milestones, and facilitating communication between the Manila-based team and Americas-based stakeholders. About the Role:
Project Intake & Delegation: Log incoming project requests, assign tasks based on team capacity, and maintain accurate records.Workflow Management: Monitor project mailbox, assist with task flow, and track multiple projects to identify delays or bottlenecks.Task Coordination: Support Designers and Team Leads with task assignments and update project tracking systems and dashboards.Cross-Team Communication: Act as liaison between Manila and Americas teams, provide status updates, and escalate issues as needed.Documentation Support: Assist with data entry, documentation updates, and maintaining process guidelines.About You:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with experience in a fast-paced graphic production environment.Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a solution-oriented, learning mindset.Teamwork & Adaptability: Reliable team player with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to technical and process-oriented workflows.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
