Job Description: Associate Program Manager (Service Practices)
As an Associate Program Manager, you will be the "nerve center" for our Service Practice Structure. You will support Practice Heads in creating & executing the business plan, acting as a bridge between technology excellence and commercial success. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to execute with speed and precision will directly impact our market growth in Data Management & AI space.

Business Plan Support: Track the progress of the annual business plan, ensuring departmental tasks (GTM, hiring, asset building) are on schedule.Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement: Assist in creating high-impact pitch decks, case studies, and solution white papers. Ensure the sales team has the "ammunition" they need to win.GTM Execution: Coordinate Go-To-Market activities, including proactive sales support, customer evangelisation and partner management (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Snowflake, DataBricks, etc.), and competitor analysis.Asset & Solution Tracking: Catalog and manage the development of internal technical assets and AI enabled accelerators, ensuring they are documented, packaged and ready for reuse.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Sales, Pre-sales, HR, Finance, and Marketing to ensure the Service Practice has the sponsorship, talent, branding, and visibility it requires.Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards on practice health, pipeline, and strategic initiative status.Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Business Aptitude
Academic Foundation: B.E. / B.Tech ( Computer Science or Information Technology) + MBA (Marketing, Strategy, or Operations).Data & AI Awareness: Understanding of the Data Management /AI landscape . You don't need to code, but you must understand the "why."Tool Stack: Experience in Project Management & MS Office tools. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) or project execution tools (Eg. Jira) is a plus.Soft Skills (The "Core" of this role)
