Job Description
The Associate Product Manager will support the delivery of website features and workflow improvements that enhance how audiences discover, consume, and engage with digital content. This role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, and Editorial teams to help build high‑quality digital experiences—including site navigation, content discovery, search, homepage and subscriber journeys, templates, and performance optimizations that improve usability, workflows, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, synthesize, and analyze user feedback to identify product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align on product features and functionality.
Assist in collecting product requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog.
Contribute to product testing, gather feedback, and help ensure product quality.
Write and prioritize bug tickets, ensuring clear documentation and proper triage.

Skills and Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role (product management, project management, or scrum master).
Strong ability to break down complex problems, define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive execution.
Familiarity with core website development concepts: user journeys, responsive design, and release cycles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working with data to inform decision‑making (e.g., basic analytics, funnels, conversion metrics, A/B testing).
Ability to write clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and work closely with engineering and design partners. • Experience with tools like Jira/Confluence, Figma
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience contributing to digital products on web and/or mobile apps, and familiarity with CTV or video-first experiences is a plus.
