Associate Planner

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Associate Planner to join their team. As an Associate Planner, you will be part of the production planning department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Associate Planner
**Location:** Brea, CA
**Pay Range:** $23–$27
**What's the Job?**
+ Create and release job orders to the shop floor, ensuring all required job packet documents are included.
+ Maintain the master production schedule to align operations with required shipping timelines.
+ Monitor and update work orders, including rescheduling and closure as necessary.
+ Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
+ Provide regular updates on work order status, material availability, and potential production bottlenecks.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1–2 years of experience in a production control, planning, or scheduling role.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor Syteline or similar MRP software.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
