The Boeing Global Services(BGS) Supplier Management team is seeking either an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 2 or Level 3) to support our site in Dallas, TX

The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket repairs for C-17, F15, T45 and many more in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization. This position acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.

Position Responsibilities: 

Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions

Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management

Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1 to 2+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Collaboration with other internal teams to meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements thru effective communication.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Transactional Purchasing Agent or Buyer is highly desired

3+ years experience in proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and/or subcontracts is desired

Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts/agreement, reading Terms and Conditions

Effective Communications Skills from entry level to C-Suite

Experience with strategic sourcing and managing supplier performance is desired

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate): $74,800 - $101,200

Summary pay range (Experienced): $94,350 - $127,650
