Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO).


In this role, you will:

File, photocopy, and answer phonesPerform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in naturePrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailReceive, log, batch, and distribute workRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established procedures

Location: 220 Kitty Hawk Drive, Morrisville, NC

100% on-site at stated locationRelocation assistance is not available for this position

Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET; Monday – Friday

Shift is subject to change based on business needs and may include additional hours, weekends, or holidays

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectivelyAbility to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex fast paced deadline driven environment while achieving high production and quality standardsAdaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levelsCreative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutionsProficient collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levelsProficient organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy including managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsFinancial Services experienceCash vault operations including currency processing experienceProficient data entry skills including 10-keyProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
