Associate Network Contractor – Dental (Remote)
Overview: The Associate Network Contractor will play a key role in supporting statewide contracting operations for an Ohio Dental Medicaid Network Build. This position focuses on direct outreach, negotiation support, and documentation of executed provider contracts. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and consistently demonstrates precision, persistence, and professionalism when interacting with dental providers. This is a high-visibility project that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple provider conversations on a daily basis. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational execution, measurable outcomes, and working as part of a coordinated statewide contracting team. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to individual dental providers and small practices across Ohio. + Drive provider engagement and guide dentists through the Medicaid contracting process from initial outreach to final signature. + Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions. + Communicate contracting updates, challenges, and progress to the project team in real time. + Support the accuracy of provider data and contract files by ensuring all required documents are uploaded and organized correctly. + Participate in team check-ins, providing input on regional trends and best practices for accelerating contract turnaround. + Demonstrate professionalism and consistency in provider communication to reflect EWINGS' brand and client expectations. Qualifications: + 1–3 years of healthcare, dental, or managed care contracting experience; provider relations or inside sales experience also acceptable. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals. + Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven in meeting daily outreach and contracting targets. + Proficiency in CRM tools. + Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work collaboratively within a distributed project team.
