The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Multidiscipline Engineer to join the team and support the Boeing Company Flight Operations Services FCOM/QRH team in Seal Beach, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluates detailed engineering information, drawings and supplier data, to integrate into engineering and operational data packages for flight crews Supports change management for aircraft systems impacting flight crew dataMaintains flight crew procedures in association with the technical pilot teamDesigns and develops flight operations data and documentsPerforms engineering research for customer specific requirements and resolution of customer problemsPerforms engineering research in support of customer specific requirements, problems and concernsEvaluates customer digital data and publishing system’s needs including XML formatsCreates tools and processes to gain efficiencies related to FCOM and QRH production

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Seal Beach, California location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.1+ years of experience in support of aerospace products, including commercial or military airplane flight operationsExperience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience working around live aircraft and flight operations1+ years' experience demonstrating creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills1+ years' experience in leading technical projects and managing technical data content and configurationExperience with technical writing and editingFlight hours for a pilot’s license and/or experience working in the flight deckExperience working in a team environmentKnowledge/Experience with project management and project management toolsCustomer support experience is a plusTeam Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
