About the Role
We are seeking an experienced physician leader to join our team as an Associate Medical Director supporting Consumer Connectivity and Access to Care (CCAC). This role blends clinical practice with administrative leadership to advance high‑quality, accessible, and coordinated care across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical care and administrative leadership for the medical team.Apply strong assessment and problem‑solving skills to support patient care and operational decisions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provider peers to drive high‑quality care delivery.Support care coordination, care collaboration, and resource optimization.Utilize deep knowledge of clinical presentations, diagnoses, and evidence‑based treatment pathways.Manage patients who escalate to crisis or require higher‑acuity intervention.Balance multiple clinical and administrative priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Use technology and clinical systems effectively to support documentation and care delivery.Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats.Education & Experience Requirements
Board‑certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post‑residency.Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership or administrative experience.Strong understanding of care levels, health‑system operations, and clinical workflows.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Advanced critical‑thinking, assessment, and decision‑making skills.Experience with care coordination and resource optimization.Ability to manage patients requiring escalation to higher‑acuity care.Proficiency with clinical technology and systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Work Environment
Remote work environmentFast‑paced, high‑energy, and collaborative team environment.Compliance with all privacy and security standards for PHI/PII required.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 212,600 - 354,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
