**The Opportunity**
At Ally, we’re looking for a dynamic Associate Specialist to join the Lifecycle Management marketing team supporting Dealer Financial Services. In this role, you’ll assist with the creation and implementation of auto/dealer-focused marketing campaigns, primarily through email, but also including sell sheets, digital, direct mail, and more. You’ll interface with the business, leveraging your strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, working 2-3 days in the office at either our Detroit or Charlotte locations and 2-3 days from home.

**The Work Itself**
* Work with team to strategically promote Dealer Financial Services (Auto) to current Ally dealers to deepen the overall relationship across lines of business.
* Help execute campaigns using data and dealer segmentation to maximize relevancy and response rates. Refine campaigns as needed to optimize performance by leveraging data.
* Manage timing and execution of integrated marketing materials: email marketing, sell sheets, video, testimonials, direct mail, digital banners, and other web-related content.
* Collaborate with internal and external marketing agencies to ensure content, messaging, brand, and tone are aligned.
* Successfully navigate across the organization, interfacing with key stakeholders, including product owners, product marketing, Alliance Sales, legal and compliance, operations, IT, and more.
* Assist with data and backend operations of Hubspot, Nucleus, Salesforce, Monday.com and others.
* Coordinate content approvals with legal, compliance, and brand.
**The Skills You Bring**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Experience in an advertising or marketing role preferred.
* Knowledge of financial services and/or automotive industry/dealer space preferred.
* Prior agency/client relationship management experience preferred.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Sense of urgency.
* Ability to present/share information in meetings with key stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
