**Job Title: Assembler/Packer | $19+HR**
**Job Description**
An Assembler/Packer is responsible for fulfilling manufacturing lab functions, including image reviews, robotic equipment operation, loading and unloading equipment, and packaging products in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience or are comfortable with repetitive piecemeal assembly work and working with small components. The position requires the ability to sit at a work station or bench for extended periods between breaks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.
+ Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices.
+ Work independently and as part of a team to ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily.
+ Understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
+ Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
+ Communicate status updates to department leads.
**Work Environment**
The position requires working in various temperature conditions with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company. Employees will work near or around moving mechanical parts, with PPE assessments, standard operating procedures (SOP), and job safety analyses (JSA) guiding safety protections. While noise levels do not exceed OSHA permissible limits, ear protection is available upon request. The shift hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime starting at 4:00 AM.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
