Title and Summary
Associate Managing Consultant - Advisors & Consulting Services - Marketing Production SupportServices within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
•\tContribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients by working with technology and data
•\tManage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
•\tCapability to manage campaign engagements through effective interaction with clients, internal resources and vendors
•\tDrive and quantify measurable cost and cycle time efficiencies by applying production management expertise to print media for acquisition and lifecycle marketing engagements for issuers, merchants and Mastercard Worldwide
•\tManage third party production vendors and suppliers
•\tDevelop and maintain production standards, postal standards, and pricing rate cards for primary and secondary markets
•\tDevelop production schedules which detail critical path dates and responsibilities
•\tStrategically manage production sources to gain cost savings across geographies and engagements
•\tPlay a role with Global Supply Chain Management (GSM) to source new suppliers and assess third party production management and production performance on an ongoing basis
•\tProvide production cost input for direct mail programs; identify production efficiencies to achieve and maintain excellent cost to quality ratios
•\tContinually evaluate new technologies, processes and products in order to develop new ways to deliver highly competitive pricing
•\tExtract and apply best practices globally
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
•\tUndergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on production and direct response marketing
•\tExperience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
•\tExperience managing clients or internal stakeholders, and vendors
•\tMinimum 10+ years of experience in print production management, financial services industry a plus
•\tExtensive experience of direct mail and USPS and/or Canadian postal system
•\tStrong organizational skills
•\tStrong attention to details, a multi-tasker, excellent written and oral communication skills
•\tFamiliar with COUPA and Oracle systems a plus
•\tAbility to work in fast paced dynamic environment
•\tAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
•\tAbility to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
