ROLE SUMMARY
Associate Manager – Marketing is responsible for developing and executing regional and country-specific brand communication strategies. The role ensures consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, leads campaign execution, drives shopper and private label marketing initiatives, and collaborates closely with Corporate HO to implement brand guidelines and deliver measurable business impact.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute regional and country-specific brand campaigns in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.Lead end-to-end campaign execution across all marketing touchpoints, including offline, online, and in-store channels.Manage and brief creative and media agencies to deliver effective, on-brand country-level campaigns. Work with and nurture the relationship with brand principal/s on marketing strategy and plans.Plan, execute, and optimize private label communication campaigns across the country.Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels in line with corporate brand guidelines.Act as the Brand Champion and primary point of contact for all branding assets, in-store collateral, media, and video development.Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, tracking KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement.Ensure all integrated marketing efforts are following brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim communication strategy
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing role.Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.Working knowledge in Public Relations, Events, Media, Digital and social media marketing.WHAT WE OFFER
