ROLE SUMMARY
The role of FP&A Associate Manager is to assist Senior Finance Manager in rent process, Capex management, Partnering Real Estate department as well as managing Hyperion system uploads for budget and forecast uploads for MAF Entertainment and ensure proper data quality is maintained.

ROLE PROFILE

Provide timely and accurate financial planning and analysis to support effective decision-making.Implement, maintain, and oversee rent control processes, partnering closely with the Real Estate department to manage rent payments across MAF Entertainment sites.Design and maintain Power BI solutions, including data modeling, transformation, and visualization, while ensuring data hygiene and managing centralized data warehouse flows.Review and enhance transaction processing and financial systems to improve reporting speed and accuracy, ensuring alignment with best practices.Collaborate with process owners and functional teams to define requirements for reporting structure redesigns and other strategic initiatives.Ensure timely submission of budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions to management.Support various ad-hoc projects, conduct business analyses and financial modeling, and present recommendations to senior leadership.Demonstrate strong understanding of business drivers and variables, with specific accountability for rent analysis, control, and reporting accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; professional accounting qualifications (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are preferred.Minimum of 3+ years in FP&A or control roles, with 2+ years as a Power BI developer. Experience with financial systems like Hyperion, SQL, SAP, and Oracle is essential.Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, along with advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Proficient in Power BI (including DAX), data modeling, and understanding of data architecture and SQL queries.Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint; capable of producing clear and accurate financial documentation.Maintains strict confidentiality with financial data and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
