Associate Manager, Journey Operations

What you'll do

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing & Journey Operations, the Associate Manager, Journey Operations is responsible for the strategy and operations of digital direct-to-customer (DTC) marketing campaigns. As a digital channel expert, the Associate Manager will work with our partners & stakeholders to design and implement new DTC strategies to manage the customer journey and increase engagement throughout the lifecycle of our program members.

Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital teams to develop our DTC journey strategy through segmentation, message prioritization, and content personalization

Assist in defining our technology roadmap to support delivery and execution of digital journeys

Evangelize and educate internal partners on journey & channel capabilities to support their KPIs

Manage and maintain our push, SMS & email marketing calendars in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Create strategies to improve DTC engagement rates through automation and personalization

Act as the air traffic controller for digital customer communications, ensuring performance while managing frequency and message & audience overlap

Provide analysis and reporting on campaign results and recommendations for future improvements

Proactively report on digital marketing trends to provide innovative channel recommendations

What you bring

3 + years digital channel marketing experience

Experience with email, mobile, SMS deployment and development

Experience with digital marketing platforms (Adobe AJO, SFMC, Braze, etc)

Experience with customer lifecycle management

Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once to accomplish business objectives

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
