Associate Manager, Influencer, Creator & Entertainment Marketing

Job Overview:

The Associate Manager, Influencer, Creator & Entertainment Marketing will lead influencer-first, creator-driven programs that support brand relevance, engagement, and cultural momentum. This role manages end-to-end influencer and creator partnerships and collaborates closely with brand, agencies, and cross-functional partners, to deliver culturally relevant, impactful campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers and creators from discovery and onboarding through briefing, content development, approvals, and execution

Build and maintain a pipeline of brand-fit, brand-safe influencers and creators aligned to campaign objectives

Lead or support negotiations for deliverables, usage rights, rates, and partnership terms

Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure content meets brand standards and platform best practices

Oversee content reviews, revisions, and live monitoring for accuracy, FTC compliance, and proper calls-to-action

Track deliverables and performance; support campaign reporting, insights, and KPI measurement

Partner cross-functionally with brand, social, media, legal, finance, and agency teams to manage contracts, compliance, invoicing, and payments

Collaborate closely with PR and communications partners to align influencer storytelling with broader brand narratives and earned moments

Manage influencer and creator budgets and agency scopes

Stay current on influencer, creator, entertainment, and social platform trends


Total Rewards:
Salary Range: $70,500 - $105,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital content program management

Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer or creator campaigns

Strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and influencer best practices

Experience negotiating or supporting negotiations for creator partnerships

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative, proactive, and creative problem-solver

Working knowledge of PR and earned media principles

Ability to travel occasionally

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
