Associate Manager, HRIS
**What is the role?** We are seeking an HRIS Associate Manager – Service Delivery & Operations to lead the delivery and optimization of HR technology services for a global employee population of approximately 9,000 employees. Reporting to the HR Technology Director, this role is accountable for HRIS operational excellence, service performance, and continuous improvement across core HR platforms, while managing a small HRIS team. **What you'll do** **HRIS Operations & Service Delivery** + Lead daily operations and maintenance of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, and ADP Workforce Now. + Own end-to-end incident, request, and problem management through a ticketing system (Jira). + Independently prioritize operational backlog to meet business needs and service commitments. + Define, monitor, and improve SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery. + Partner with HRIS vendors and consultants to resolve issues and manage escalations. **Governance, Risk & Compliance** + Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HRIS data and databases. + Own user access management, role-based security, and HRIS documentation. + Execute system audits and support SOX, IT controls, SOC, and external audits. + Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal policies. **Change, Release & Continuous Improvement** + Coordinate system changes and releases, including testing, validation, and deployment support. + Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation and optimization initiatives. + Maintain up-to-date SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge materials to support scalable operations. **Team Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership** + Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRIS analysts, setting clear priorities and expectations. + Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to support HR processes and People programs. + Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to HR and system users. **Preferred education/ qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. + Proven experience in HRIS operations and service delivery, preferably in a global environment. + Prior people leadership experience withinHR technology teams. + Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, iCIMS, ADP Workforce Now, or similar enterprise HR platforms. + Strong understanding of HR processes, system integrations, data governance, and operational controls. + Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance, IT controls, and audit support. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. + HRIS, service delivery (e.g., ITIL), or project management certifications are a plus. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
