What you'll do
CTC Procurement has an aggressive agenda to improve its core capabilities and create value. The Associate Manager Procurement Capability will play a key role in driving Procurement system and process improvements across CTC.
The Associate Manager is focused on improving CTC’s enterprise procurement processes and supports the delivery of major system and process changes including the True North project Enterprise Sourcing Management (ESM), which aims to replace Vendor Gateway. The scope of these improvements will include technology, process, and people.
Key role in delivering new sourcing capabilities principally:
Vendor Library – Designing a vendor attribute collection, maintenance and approval module
Vendor Funds – Designing how we receive contracts from vendors and how contracted data flows to downstream systems
RFQ – Designing how we invite vendors to participate/submit an RFQ, design how the RFQ will integrate with all CTC upstream/downstream systems
Other aspects of the sourcing process as required
Engage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors in multiple business units and various levels of seniority
Undertake current state analysis and future state design to implement procurement best practices
Develop and execute effective change management strategies
Lead significant portions of implementation including
Implementation planning
User acceptance testing
Data preparation and conversion
User training
Backlog management
What you bring
3-5 years of experience, preferably in analytical or process-oriented roles with specific experience in:
Process analysis and process and system implementation
Change management and stakeholder engagement across business units and levels of seniority
Informal leadership, including influencing without authority
Project management
Merchandise Procurement experience is an asset

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
