Job Title: Associate Manager, B2B Sales ⁠(Trilingual SPA/ENG/PRT) Job Description The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive the generation of revenue and business growth, lead a sales team(s), accountable for driving team performance through customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/ service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationships through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client. To oversee and guide a team of customer acquisition associates towards achieving the company’s sales targets in the Brazilian B2B space. This involves strategic planning, mentorship, and direct support to ensure the team’s success. **You will** + Lead, coach, and mentor a team of associates focused on acquiring new business clients within Brazil. + Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies tailored to the Brazilian business environment. + Establish robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders. + Track and analyze acquisition metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. **You have** + 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role. + 1+ years of leadership experience in a similar sales role is important. + Strong understanding of the Brazilian market dynamics, particularly in the social media and technology sector. + Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.
