The Foot Locker North America Paid Media team is looking for a strategic and creative Associate Manager to join the Affiliate Marketing team. The Associate Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day strategy of the Affiliate program while also assisting with big picture planning and innovating the channel with the Senior Manager.
The Associate Manager will ensure that best practices are being followed when providing recommendations to internal stakeholders across our various portfolio of brands.
This role is temporary with an opportunity to convert to full time.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Co-Own and develop affiliate marketing strategy, leveraging data to drive action and growth across assigned Foot Locker, Inc. Brands Define holistic affiliate marketing strategy to meet/excel goals in areas such as growth in irevenue, iROAS, customer acquisition/retention, and lifetime customer value. Establish, build, and maintain relationships with current, and new affiliates, including loyalty, buy now pay later sites, coupon sites, and bloggers/influencers. Research, evaluate, and test new technologies, and opportunities within affiliate/partner landscape. Manage multi-million-dollar budget, including the development/negotiation of commission structures, forecasting budget performance, KPI Development, and communicating results. Drive KPI Development, and internal reporting against goals, forecasts, results, and challenges. Ensure teams’ consistent KPI usage, tracking, and definitions. Present accurate, and timely results to senior management, and other stakeholders Ensure partners are compensated according to contractual obligations and guidelines Assist with managing the agency and team’s deliverables on objectives and performance monitoring Serve as primary affiliate contact for agency for day-to-day questions Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction Formulate and execute new tactics Launch, monitor and optimize multiple simultaneous campaigns ensuring efficiency and goal effectiveness Proactively identify issues, perform QA, troubleshooting, and make any necessary changes Assist with developing new technology/capabilities with Network/Platform team to drive business needs Work across several departments including Data team, Finance, Legal, Media Analytics, Content + Creative, and Brand Teams Support analytical practices to verify business impacts Support Vendor Supported Media campaigns when necessary Qualifications Approximately 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing Hands on experience with an Affiliate Marketing Platform such as Impact (Preferred), Commission Junction, Linkshare, PepperJam, or Awin. Training in Impact will be provided. Have assisted with managing large scale budgets and making optimization recommendations based on performance Experience working with Bloggers in a digital capacity ensuring KPI deliverables are met Creative thinker who can develop strategy/tactics Interest in Sneaker Culture is a bonus BenefitsBase salary:
The hourly rate is $40-$45/hr USD. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
