**Associate Industrial Maintenance Technician** Location: Central Kentucky Job Type: Permanent Environment: Clean, climate-controlled facility with new construction **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will focus on machine installations and equipment setup. After installation, the technician will provide ongoing preventive, planned, and unplanned maintenance on production equipment in assigned areas. **Responsibilities** + Oversee installation, setup, modification, and repair of new equipment + Ensure machines operate according to OEM specifications + Collaborate with outside contractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues + Diagnose faulty operations and recommend preventive measures + Inspect equipment, make adjustments, log test readings, and maintain system documentation + Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations + Ensure repairs and reworks meet specifications and tolerances **Why Work Here** Be a key part of a groundbreaking initiative in the EV battery industry.
