The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO. 

We are hiring an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to support our F/A-18 program by assisting with personnel, physical, and Communication Security (COMSEC) security responsibilities. This role will focus on administrative support and coordination to ensure effective security compliance.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and maintain security-related paperwork and records for personnel, physical, and COMSEC areas

Assist with routine compliance checks and help track corrective actions and status items

Act as a liaison between program teams and the Security organization to coordinate requests and communicate requirements

Support procedures that protect classified and sensitive information and contribute to a culture of safety and confidentiality

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years

Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)

Experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

Experience working in a classified environment

Experience working in Industrial Security

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

Experience with administrative or security

Experience with basic COMSEC/physical security concepts
