Lab Asset Management

Receiving Lab related Equipment s & Processors from Logistics stores. Physical Verification of Equipment s for short/Excess as per the Invoice. Generating 3D Barcode stickers & associating Invoice & item Info & Stickering. Inventory asset transaction for internal lab users through tool & E-mails (I.e. Check In & Out) Co-Coordinating with Internal Customs team for Monthly Physical Bonded Asset Audit. Silicon/Microprocessor Audit for Every Quarter. Generating Export Invoice for the export shipments. Preparing NOC to ship bonded assets for Repair & other activities. Tracking shipments with Freight forwarder. Working with lab users and helping them in procuring the test and measuring equipment s like Oscilloscopes, Functional generator, Multi meters, Logic Analyzers. Interacting with different vendors for cost negotiation and product delivery SLA. Maintenance of lab equipment with timely calibrations and updating new patches if required. Working with inventory/ shipment team for the project shipments and plan well in advance for board integration and board deployment as per the material availability. Forecasting the materials/tools/components/kit materials required the programs to align with project milestones without any downtime. Good knowledge of people management and leadership qualities. Closely working with Intel Facility team in ensuring ESD compliance, EHS, 6 S in lab as per the Intel Labs guidelines and making sure the lab spaces are safety to work. Working with local logistics on shipment tracking, STPI approved/duty paid mode clearance and inventory maintenance. Working with local and global vendors for Procurements, Purchases, Machine Service/ Repair or Calibrations Arranging a setup for engineers as per their requirement for test executions and validation activities
