Job Title: Fund Reporting Analyst

Shift: EMEA / APAC / US

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Reporting Analyst to manage the end-to-end production of reports and templates in a global asset management environment. This role requires a strong process mindset, the ability to work independently on Business-as-Usual (BAU) tasks, and a willingness to collaborate across business, technology, and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reports, maintaining documentation, supporting team KPIs and metrics, and contributing to system/process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end production of allocated reports and templates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery

Implement and monitor production controls; escalate any exceptions in line with procedures

Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and procedures

Support reporting-related projects and enhancements to systems or processes

Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external data vendors

Assist with technical queries and help train and support junior team members

Contribute to team Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on tasks and issues

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate them to the Team Leader

Must-Have Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in fund reporting, fund operations, or a related function

Strong understanding of fund structures, asset management products, and reporting requirements

Excellent attention to detail and strong process orientation

Ability to work independently on BAU tasks with minimal supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

Collaborative team player who can work across departments

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with automation tools, reporting platforms, or process improvement initiatives

Exposure to data vendors and understanding of data governance

Knowledge of performance and regulatory reporting within asset management

Experience contributing to or managing reporting systems implementations or enhancements

Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus

Prior experience working in a global team or across multiple time zones
