As a Fund Servicing Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration. Job responsibilitiesExecute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with operations and financial controllers to enhance efficiency.Build trusting relationships using emotional intelligence skills.Propose and implement process improvements for operational resilience.Apply active listening and questioning to address client needs.Produce accurate and timely NAVs.Perform daily oversight and quality assurance using accounting tools.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Support new client onboarding with internal teams.Develop thorough knowledge of client base and documentation.Identify efficiencies to reduce risk and improve operations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExpertise in fund servicing operations with two years of experience in fund accounting and administration.Advanced emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.Experience in process improvements for efficiency and resilience.Understanding of mutual fund accounting and administration.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Two years of experience in Fund Accounting Operations or related field.Self-motivatedExperience in process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
