As an ETF operations project associate within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting the Global ETF Testing Team that is responsible for the delivery of our ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.

Job responsibilitiesExecute routine transactions related to fund servicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.Collaborate with operations and financial controllers to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fund servicing operations.Foster a collaborative environment by leveraging emotional intelligence skills to build trusting relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholders.Propose and implement improvements to current working methods, contributing to the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform.Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT) Lead ETF Platform release program UAT testingConduct Project Management reporting with control focus mindset Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external Senior stakeholdersDemonstrate strong leadership skills with strategic approach to LOB development Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program ManagementDevelop into a JP Morgan ETF Subject Matter ExpertRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated expertise in fund servicing operations, with at least three years of experience focusing on fund accounting and administration, evidenced by successful execution of related tasks and responsibilities.Advanced emotional intelligence skills, with a track record of building trusting relationships and fostering collaboration in a professional setting.Experience in proposing and implementing process improvements, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and resilience in an operational environment.Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectively.Bachelors degree or higher ETF Asset Servicing with 3+ years experienceKnowledge of current ETF industry trends and understanding of ETF ecosystem  Project Management skillset and ability to multitask  Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with flexible approach to problem solvingAbility to work in a results driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail
