We are seeking a talented individual to join our Associate I - Broking (대리-차장급) at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in the Seoul.

We will count on you to:

Manage the day-to day operation of reinsurance (Treaty) including amendments, settlements and claims processing as well as renewals and generally providing post-renewal support and documentation

Assists more senior level Brokers on more complex client assignments

Maintains strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.

Demonstrates proficient awareness of market conditions to better serve clients and inform more junior Brokers on market trends.

Well-organized, proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet deadlines

What you need to have:

University degree in business, finance, insurance recommended

3 10 years relevant experience in insurance and/or reinsurance industry

Strong communication skills in English and Korean
