We are seeking an Associate HR Project Manager to support a key Human Resources initiative focused on developing, standardizing, and publishing job descriptions across the organization. This role manages the full lifecycle of job description creation—from initial drafting through final publication—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for employees and leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR or project coordination experience who thrives in a structured, detail‑oriented environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and draft first‑version job descriptions by synthesizing existing materials, job postings, and other role‑specific resources using standard templates.Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to confirm role responsibilities and incorporate feedback from initial drafts.Manage the end-to-end review and approval process, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder actions.Communicate progress updates, next steps, and outstanding items to project participants and leaders.Finalize, organize, and publish approved job descriptions within designated systems or repositories.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of human resources practices.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting HR projects or process-driven initiatives.Experience drafting, editing, or maintaining job descriptions or similar documentation.Strong coordination skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders.Work EnvironmentThis role follows a hybrid schedule:

This is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
