The Associate HR Project Manager will support a focused Human Resources initiative to develop, standardize, and publish job descriptions across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of drafting initial job descriptions, coordinating reviews and approvals, and ensuring finalized job descriptions are available to employees and leaders.
ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop first-draft job descriptions by synthesizing existing and prior job descriptions, current job postings, and other available role resources, using established templates and guidance.Collaborate with HR and leaders to confirm role details and refine job descriptions based on feedback from the first-draft review.Manage the job description review and approval process, tracking progress, deliverables, and timelines.Provide clear updates on progress, next steps, and outstanding actions to stakeholders.Ensure approved job descriptions are finalized, organized, and published in designated systems or repositories.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related role.Proficiency in human resources practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting HR projects or initiatives.Experience drafting or editing job descriptions or similar documentation.Experience coordinating reviews with multiple stakeholders.Work EnvironmentThe selected candidate will work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday in the Minnetonka Office, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday. The role operates within normal business hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
