Associate HR Generalist

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Assoc HR Generalist, you will manage and support the full employee lifecycle for assigned affiliates, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding. In this role, you will report to HR Supervisor.

You Will Make an Impact By:

HR Operations, Payroll & Administration

Handle payroll processing for assigned affiliates in coordination with vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation.Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.Participate in company audits (ISO, RBA, Financial, etc)Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects from the HR team.

HR Business Partnering

Work closely with HRBPs to support business leaders and align HR initiatives with company goals.Assist in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, high-performance work culture within assigned affiliates.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes, escalating complex matters to HRBPs.Collaborate with other HRBPs on workforce planning, talent initiatives, and operational projects

Talent Management & Performance Support

Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, job postings, salary proposals and candidate communications.Assist in performance management processes, including tracking reviews and development plans.Help organize training and upskilling programs and other related activities for employees within assigned affiliates.

Skills You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.At least 2 years of HR experience in MNC environment.Familiarity with HR compliance standards, safety regulations, ISO and RBA.Proficiency in Workday.
