What you’ll be doing...
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to support our clients by resolving business queries through our portal. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enhancing system forecasts and decision-making, directly impacting client satisfaction and long-term retention.Resolve basic Business or Decision issues for the client including questions on business practices, system configuration, system usage and monitoringEnsure portal issues, entered as cases, case activities or tasks in Salesforce are resolved accurately within pre-defined resolution timeframes and details entered in SalesforceCommunicate with clients via the appropriate methodInteract with and support the internal clients like Client Relationship Manager, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Research and other teamsWhat you’ll bring to us… Save
